OrNsoft Corporation was established in Florida in 2009 and built its reputation on custom business software and web and mobile applications. By 2011 it had passed 2,000 customers worldwide and earned recognition from Microsoft, Google, Adobe and Apple. From 2015 onward the company invested in artificial intelligence — neural networks, machine learning, LLMs, deep learning and data science — and in process automation and cross-system orchestration.
Organisations including the United Nations, NASA, EDF and DEKRA have trusted OrNsoft with strategic and operational projects, alongside small and mid-sized companies and startups. The team spans over 100 experienced people; every technical contributor brings at least ten years in their specialisation, and key responsibilities go only to people who have been in the collective for two years or more.
Ceertia grew out of a decade of document-heavy projects with one contrarian observation: most document AI assumes better intelligence will solve verification. We believe document conformity and evidence, not raw data, is the real value layer. AI operates probabilistically, which is not acceptable where financial impact or liability is at stake. Verification must be predefined, evidence-backed and defensible, regardless of how advanced the AI becomes.

Where the document problems came from.
Ceertia’s use cases were not invented in a workshop. They come from OrNsoft delivery work across regulated, document-heavy sectors — energy and public services, financial services, telecoms and media, construction, transport and logistics, aerospace, and pharmaceutical and laboratory. The five industries Ceertia ships for today are the ones where a single decision rests on a whole file of documents.
Ceertia is OrNsoft’s document compliance engine. Alongside it, OrNsoft publishes Kantum AI, an AI operations layer that orchestrates several models behind approval-gated, fully logged actions, and Orlead, an AI sales CRM.
