Shared cloud, dedicated environment or on-premise. For European clients, shared and dedicated environments are hosted in the EU.
Data is encrypted in transit with TLS 1.2 or higher. Integration credentials are encrypted in the application. Changes to records are logged with the user, date and IP address, and export batches are traced. Authorised roles can view the logs.
Client data is never used by OrNsoft to train any model. Third-party models are used under API terms that exclude training on client data.
Your people keep the final say. Your team defines what the system may do autonomously and which actions require approval.
